We use this information only to administer memberships, applications, bookings, equipment requests, safety and club discipline; verify eligibility or receipts; issue ID cards; and contact applicants about their request.
Who can see it
Authorised Kendram administrators can access submitted records. Public membership search shows limited, masked information; the registered mobile number is required before a full card can be retrieved. We do not sell personal information.
Photos and documents
Membership photos are used on digital sports ID cards. Auditorium receipts are stored privately for booking verification and are not displayed publicly.
Correction and deletion
To correct or request deletion of a record, visit the Kendram administrative desk with suitable proof of identity and the relevant club or reference number. Records may be retained where needed for an active service, safety matter, financial verification or legal obligation.
Using this website
Do not submit sensitive information in open text fields. Keep reference numbers private and use them only with the mobile number supplied on the original request.
