Responsible community use
Rules that keep the Kendram safe and welcoming.
Everyone using the Kendram must respect people, property and the directions of authorised staff and committees.
Community conduct
- Treat every visitor, learner, player and staff member with dignity.
- No harassment, discrimination, violence, intoxication or damage to property.
- Children must follow applicable supervision instructions.
- Follow safety directions and use facilities only for their intended purpose.
Sports club
The sports centre is managed by the AIYF Sports Sub-Committee. Members and visitors must follow its rules and decisions. Membership may be suspended or ended for unsafe, abusive or otherwise inappropriate behaviour.
Borrowed sports materials
- A valid, active sports club number is required.
- Collect only approved materials and check their condition.
- Return every item to the sports desk by the end of the play period.
- Report loss or damage immediately; repeated misuse may affect borrowing privileges.
Auditorium use
- A submitted request does not become a confirmed booking until the Kendram verifies it.
- The applicant is responsible for event conduct, safety, cleanliness and damage.
- Activities must remain lawful and consistent with the Kendram's community purpose.
- Follow the timings and any additional conditions communicated with confirmation.
Operational rules may be updated by the responsible Kendram body. The current instructions given at the facility apply.
